These terms cover the public Hope Research Group (HRG) website and registration for the HRG Contributor Panel. A signed client agreement, purchase terms, or a project-specific participant brief and consent may add to or replace these general terms for that activity. 1. Who operates the service
HOPE Caribbean Company Ltd, Kingston, Jamaica, is HRG's Caribbean headquarters and controller for Caribbean activities. HOPE Enterprises USA LLC, Florida, United States, is responsible for US activities. Hope Research Trinidad supports Trinidad and Tobago operations, and Kumar Research Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, India, supports regional operations. The responsible contracting entity for a paid research project or purchase will be identified in that project's brief, invoice, or agreement.
2. Website use
You may use the website to learn about HRG, submit inquiries, request resources, purchase available reports, and access services for which you are authorised. Provide accurate information when submitting a form or creating an account. Do not interfere with the site's security, access someone else's account, submit deceptive material, or use the site to infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access if necessary to protect users, our systems, or a research project. Some links lead to third-party services with their own terms.
Except where a specific product licence or written agreement says otherwise, HRG retains the rights in its website content, branding, reports, and materials. Viewing a page or downloading a resource does not grant permission to redistribute, resell, or republish it. Any report purchase is governed by the terms shown with that product or transaction.
3. Joining the Contributor Panel
Panel registration is free and open only to people aged 18 or older who provide their own accurate contact and profile details. You must have a way to receive communications at the email or WhatsApp number you provide. Submitting the form records your agreement to be contacted about paid projects that fit your profile and your separate acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy and these terms. It does not mean you have agreed to submit face, voice, or photo material.
Joining does not guarantee an invitation, a minimum number of projects, an income level, or acceptance of any particular submission. You may decline an invitation. HRG may pause invitations or close a panel record, including where information is false, a project rule is breached, or participation creates a security or quality concern. You may ask us to stop sending invitations and request deletion of your panel profile by email.
4. Individual projects and payment
Before you accept a project, HRG will provide its task description, eligibility and equipment requirements, compensation, submission and quality criteria, payment method and timing, and any additional consent or agreement. You decide whether to participate. The project brief controls if its specific terms differ from general descriptions on the website. Payment is made for submissions approved under the disclosed project criteria, not simply for joining or sending an incomplete task. The panel describes PayPal as its payment method; PayPal's own account, availability, and transaction rules also apply. You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations applicable to payments you receive, unless a project agreement says otherwise.
Do not submit another person's face, voice, or private material without the permission the project requires. Follow each project's instructions and confidentiality requirements. Do not fabricate responses or use prohibited automation. If you disagree with a quality decision or payment, contact admin@hoperesearchgroup.com with the project reference so HRG can review it.
5. Face, voice, photos, and AI training
Panel signup does not give HRG or a client a general licence to use your face, voice, photos, or other project submissions. For each project that requests these materials, HRG will seek project-specific consent when you accept the work. The brief will identify the client or make the client identifiable before acceptance and describe the permitted uses, compensation, and retention. Any licence to use your submission is limited to that client and that project, as set out in the accepted project terms. HRG does not sell personal data.
You may request deletion of submitted material. We will explain what can be removed from HRG's systems and what we can request of the client, subject to applicable law and the project agreement. If a submission has already contributed to training a client's AI model, the effect on that model's weights cannot be reversed by deleting the original submission. Review that limitation before accepting a project.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website and panel available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular volume of work. We may update features or correct errors. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability, ownership, confidentiality, and dispute terms for a specific purchase or research project may be addressed in its separate agreement. Registration alone does not create an employment relationship or guarantee a project contract; the legal relationship for accepted work is set out in its project terms and applicable law.
7. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these general terms and will show the revised date on this page. Material changes to an accepted project are governed by its project agreement and, where required, further notice or consent. The laws and forum applicable to a specific contract are stated in that contract; otherwise the law applicable to the responsible HRG entity and any mandatory rights in your location apply.
